Dropshipping has become increasingly popular for newcomers to ecommerce. But how can you tell if a dropshipping course like Project Pioneer is worth the money?
Are there any pitfalls you should watch out for?
Here, I’ll walk you through my experiences with the program and what to expect.
Project Pioneer Program – What Is It And What Will You Learn?
The Pioneer program is designed to teach the basics of dropshipping, and give you a jumpstart in building your own business.
Dropshipping has its own set of challenges. The core of the course focuses on teaching you how to get started with dropshipping, and gives you pretty much everything you need to get there. From setting up your store, getting traffic, creating your first product listing, to getting people interested in buying it.
This is the foundation of every successful dropshipping business.
The training is nearly 100% hands-on, and each lesson comes with multiple videos that walk you through what to do.
The Project Pioneer program also covers marketing strategies that are crucial if you want your store to succeed. After all, if no one knows about it, no one will buy from it.
The course doesn’t promise success, but it lays out the blueprint for anyone willing to work hard enough.
The Project Pioneer Course Outline
The course is broken down into nine modules, each one covering a step by step process on how to establish your online business with dropshipping.
Module 1
Module 1 will lay out the foundation of your experience. It will give you a better understanding of what dropshipping is and why it’s a great opportunity for anyone looking to make some money.
Module 2
This second module is pretty solid and will help you get your store off the ground and start making sales.
In it, you’ll learn how to set up a store with a minimal amount of overhead. In other words, this means you’ll be able to test different products and see what sells, without spending a ton of money on expensive ads or buying out your niche.
Project Pioneer’s strategy for assembling a killer store (and why most people fail miserably at ecommerce) is pretty intriguing, so be sure to stick it out.
Module 3
You should pay attention to Project Pioneer’s method here. They do a great job of breaking down the process of finding products that will sell quickly and easily. I was able to find a product to sell within a few hours after watching this section.
So, if you’re looking to get started with dropshipping, this module should be your first stop.
The best way to learn is through real world examples and Connor, Project Pioneer’s founder, clearly demonstrates how he uses his techniques in the field.
Module 4
This module is all about setting up your first FB Ads campaign.
Facebook Ads are a great way to get your brand in front of new people and drive traffic to your website. However, there are many variables that affect the performance of an ad like budget, creative and timing.
Test reports can show you which ads performed best and how each of them performed on different audiences. So you can make sure your ads reach the right people and bring more customers to your website.
Module 5
Once you’ve launched your store, you’ll need to keep it running smoothly. This is where optimization comes in.
There are three main areas where you can optimize your dropshipping store: product selection, site structure and ad campaigns.
Project Pioneer covers some general steps to improve the performance of these three.
Module 6
In this module, Project Pioneer will teach you how to scale your store.
Scaling is all about how the process of running the business changes as you grow. In Project Pioneer’s case, it’s about increasing your sales capacity while maintaining or improving profits. And it’s about more leads for less money with smarter marketing strategies.
Module 7
This module addresses how to keep things going once you’re in business and how to stay ahead of the curve in the future.
Having a solid foundation in place will help you get started with all of these other components so you can start making more sales.
But once you’ve made some sales, it’s important to maintain what you’ve already accomplished so that your momentum doesn’t die off.
Module 8
Module 8 goes over Project Pioneer’s email marketing and SMS strategies to build a relationship with your customers and keep them coming back.
The way they put it, there’s no such thing as “too much” email marketing. It’s an important part of your business’ communications strategy, and just about every business does it to some degree.
Email marketing is generally a cost-effective way to stay in touch with customers and prospects — and if you’re just starting out, it can be a great way to generate leads and sales.
Bonus
The videos you’ll find here are meant to be an added bonus for your Project Pioneer training. They show the most effective ways to market your product launch, and they provide valuable insight into what it takes to create a successful product launch.
What I Liked About Project Pioneer
- I found the entire course well-organized and easy to follow. I especially liked the fact that it’s broken down into modules, so you can jump around and focus on the parts of the course that you need most help with.
- Valuable bonus lessons. There are also several bonus videos that go into further detail on specific parts of Connor’s process for running his successful dropshipping businesses. I found these extra videos really useful as they made me think about some aspects of my ecommerce business in a slightly different way.
Things I Didn’t Like
- There are some things that Project Pioneer doesn’t cover in detail, like SEO or social media marketing
Project Pioneer Review – Do I Recommend The Project Pioneer Course?
Honestly, I’m very impressed with Project Pioneer and would recommend it to anyone looking to start a dropshipping business or even individuals that want to try out dropshipping as a side hustle. It’s clear that the guy behind this course, Connor, has a lot of experience and he knows what he’s talking about.
Project Pioneer also does a great job of explaining how to actually make money at this business model.
They are constantly encouraging you to check your orders, monitor which products are selling well for other people, and take note of the ones that aren’t selling. This is critical because it ensures that you are constantly improving your business.
Overall, I feel that Project Pioneer is an incredibly valuable course. The step by step instructions are easy to understand, and I’ve already taken some useful strategies from it.
